Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused

  • be in its original condition

  • be returned in the original, undamaged packaging

  • include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible if:

  • the item is damaged

  • the item is defective

  • you received the wrong product

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • used products

  • products showing signs of wear or excessive use

  • gift cards

  • sale or discounted items

  • products damaged due to improper use


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest solution is to:

  1. Return the eligible item

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order


Right of Withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins 14 days from the date the goods are received by you or a person designated by you.

The product must be returned in its original condition and without excessive use.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
